You Are Never Stuck: Boundaries, Power, and What We Enable (PART A)

I’ve decided to start documenting case studies or examples on how we need to integrate our Soulfulness, our understanding of our Soul-Human Blueprint and Design, into daily decisions and how we conduct daily life.

This case sample here involves a lady and her husband consulting me on what best to do. She and her husband have sold their house of 20+ years, and have decided to engage a builder to build a new house on a fresh block of land. The builder is rude, and the build is delayed causing extreme stress and tension.

She has asked for what best to do.

My response:

It may be called different but an “open contract” is one does not bind you to that one builder. It allows you to change builders anytime. 

A “closed contract” binds you to that builder from start to finish of construction. That said, that is on the proviso that both parties — the builder included — respects and carries out their obligation outlined in the contract — is it a written contract? 

If so there would be stipulations on - 

1. Conduct - if he is disrespectful that would be a breach

2. ⁠Delivery times and dates. There’s usually bullet points on justified delays. Outside of that - it would be a breach.

If it’s a breach - that voids the contract, and you can go with another builder. 

One of the main key things to create new neuro pathways for is the habitual cognitive feeling of “being stuck”, “helplessness”, “sense of feeling powerless”, “sense of being victimised”. 

We’ve all been there, so this is offered as a nuanced breakthrough, in Soul Identification which I have had to see through myself through countless tests - builders, trades, exes, various forms of abuse dragging me through court. 

In the end, I’ve gone from standing there panicking, to getting really used to it almost good and confident/ seasoned at managing it. 😆 

AND - listening to Spirit/Guides — they are TESTS.✨

✨What is the highest level of learning? 

That to me is Always where the gold lies.

You are never stuck. 

We are never stuck. 

If you feel powerless and victimised, that is half the battle lost. 

And that is also what you feed and empower — within your self, and in the other person (you give them more power), and in the system. 

Start via a small humble spiritual practice — the clear the segment — take a deep breath in, and out. 

Shift gears and KNOW with a deep knowing only the Soul knows — you are not stuck. You are not powerless here. You never are.

You do not have to bear pain nor victimization.  The universe has your back. And you are worthy.

Play with claiming the set up and scenario you want and deserve.  Play it out in your mind, arrange the logistics in your mind.

So. How does this look like on ground level

(1) Lawyers and courts are the last resort 

(2) Every industry has a regulating body. Go administrative instead of judiciary/ tort

In Australia, particularly here in Queensland there is a regulatory body for every industry — here it’s called is called the QBCC. It regulates builders and construction. 

Not sure how it is over there, but over here — if I was in your position, I’d be lodging an online complaint/ report to the QBCC. Email. Quick and easy. 

State (1) bullying and aggression/ misconduct; (2) state delays and non-compliance/ breach of contract; (3) he/she needs to be a registered builder which means they need insurance in place. If they don’t that’s a bigger fine or revocation of their business license. 

(4) lodge a claim on their insurance, and (5) request an audit of their business practices on compliance with their license. Question whether their license needs to be revoked for misconduct and non compliance/ breach.

(6) Copy in your builder to all this written correspondence with the regulatory body.

Your builder will either start behaving right, or quit. 

But you don’t have to bother with what he does.

Ask yourself what your Soul in its full worth wants as an environment and traction on the build. 

Assess whether you want to keep on with this builder - if he embraces it as a wake up call, state your terms;… or whether you want to interview and hire a new builder. I realize that may cause further delays but you’re already delayed. The new one may move faster.

In the past my helpless woman people pleaser was like this tug boat following along the toxic tide. 

Today, respectfully and quickly - I do not hesitate to sack a builder or trade who is disrespectful on my property, and not doing the job right. 

They will see white fire — which I never claimed before. 

I have now. 

I do it firmly and respectfully.

With a lot of dignity, and a loud voice. Not bitchy — but they will know not to mess with me. And to move off. 

It’s had lots of practice as most of you know — many mini challenges… one after another.

Set the tone of energy for your new castle. 🏰 Claim Light Soveteignty. It’s your build. Seed 🌱 the energy from breaking ground. Boundaries claimed. From the start.

You are never stuck. 

There is always a way. 

Pick and choose with discernment — everyone — read each person’s frequency. It’s either aligned or disaligned. And no further. 

Faster decisions.

Lower tolerance.

Claim your Queen 👸🏼/ Empress. 

Think outside the box. 

Lawyers although the norm, are never the answer. They’re sharks feeding on shadow victimisation. 

Create your own path. Carve it out.
