3. Purchases & Payments

• All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars). International payments are processed in your local currency at checkout.

• Payment is required in full at time of purchase unless otherwise agreed

• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Wix Payments, Stripe, PayPal)

 

Nic Anderson Earth does not store your payment details.

4. Shipping & Delivery (Art & Sculptures)

• Shipping costs and delivery timeframes will be provided at checkout or via direct communication

• Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location and production time

• Nic Anderson Earth is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers

 

For large or custom works, shipping arrangements may be handled individually.

 

5. Returns & Refunds (Art & Products)

Due to the nature of original artworks and limited edition pieces:

• All sales are final

• Returns or refunds are not offered for change of mind

 

If an item arrives damaged:

• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

• Provide photographic evidence

• We will assess and resolve on a case-by-case basis

 

6. Sessions (Private Bookings)

• Sessions must be booked in advance

• Payment confirms your booking

 

Rescheduling:

• Minimum 24 hours notice required

 

Cancellations:

• Less than 24 hours notice → session may be forfeited

 

Nic Anderson Earth reserves the right to reschedule if required.

 

7. Workshops, Events & Courses

• Bookings are required to secure your place

• Spaces may be limited

 

Cancellations:

• More than 48 hours notice → transferable or credit issued

• Less than 48 hours → non-refundable

 

If Nic Anderson Earth cancels an event:

• You will receive a full refund or transfer option

 

8. Participation Disclaimer

By participating in sessions, workshops, or events:

• You acknowledge responsibility for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing

• You participate at your own risk

 

Nic Anderson Earth is not liable for injury, loss, or damages resulting from participation.
