Young Adolescent Nature & Creative Mini-Retreat
A 3–4 hour immersive experience designed to support young people to reconnect, express, and create — through nature, art, and guided reflection. ✨ Participants are encouraged to bring a friend — it helps everyone feel more comfortable and connected.
Set within a calm, natural environment, participants will begin by foraging botanical elements from the land, developing a tactile connection to their surroundings. These textures will be explored through clay imprinting and painting on watercolour paper.
Throughout the session, we will move through three guided creative themes, supporting emotional awareness, self-reflection, and internal direction. This includes a gentle introduction to poetry as a way to give form to thoughts, feelings, and inner voice.
The experience also includes open-circle conversation, allowing participants to share, connect, and feel supported within a small group environment.

Youth Mini-Retreat
Includes full 3–4 hour guided mini-retreat, all art materials and clay, botanical foraging activities, and nourishing morning tea and light lunch. Limited to a small group to ensure a calm, supported experience.
